Understanding Human Resources, Banking, Labour Laws and Employee Incentives Issues

Did you know the UK draws more new US companies establishing or expanding global operations than any other country in the world? Drawn to its commonality of language and similar business practices, the UK is a supportive environment for international business opportunities. However, expanding globally involves managing international employees. Join us as we deliver a UK primer for HR, financial and other business leaders in companies of all sizes. We will explore best practices in employee management abroad, the impact of UK (and EU) employment legislation on UK contracts, issues arising from operating US employee incentives in the UK and banking considerations.
